Your future is wide open.
Arms Wide Open ABA is looking for a BCBA who wants clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule, and compensation that matches the work. You develop the programs, analyse the data, supervise the RBTs, and train the caregivers — with a growing organisation behind you rather than in your way.
Nine questions. Two minutes.
No resume upload, no account, no portal. This lands in Danielle's inbox the second you send it.
- Run the FBA, then build the plan.
- Own the data and the decisions from it.
- Supervise and grow your RBTs.
- Train caregivers so skills generalise.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Missouri LBA — required, not preferred.
- ASD and developmental disability experience preferred.
