Hiring · Supervising BCBABCBAs in Wayne and Genesee.
You would not be the only clinician.
A supervising role at a center where the PT, the speech therapist and the BCBA are down the hall from each other. Wayne and Genesee counties, Michigan.
Not the only clinician in the building.
Euro-Therapies is a family therapy center, not an ABA-only shop. Pediatric physical therapy, ABA, speech and adult physical therapy all run here, which changes what a BCBA’s week actually looks like: the PT working with your client is someone you can walk over to. We are hiring one supervising BCBA to lead the ABA side across Wayne and Genesee counties.
Nine questions. Two minutes.
No resume upload, no account, no portal. This lands in Tammy's inbox the second you send it.
- Run the ABA program, not just a caseload.
- Assess, plan, and supervise the technicians.
- Co-treat with PT and speech in the same building.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Michigan license, or eligible before you start.
- Supervision experience.
Full job description
A family therapy center in Michigan running pediatric physical therapy, ABA, speech and adult physical therapy under one roof — so a child who needs more than one discipline gets it in one building, from one team.
Benefits and perks
- A real multidisciplinary team. Physical therapy, speech and ABA run in the same organisation. Your co-treatment conversations happen in a hallway, not over three weeks of email.
- Supervising scope. This is a supervising BCBA seat — you are shaping how the ABA program runs, not just carrying a caseload inside someone else’s.
- Two counties. Wayne and Genesee. Tell us which one fits your life and we will build around it.
- Short waitlists. The center advertises almost no wait for PT, speech and ABA — which means the children you assess actually start.
- Direct to the owner. You talk to Tammy, not to a regional recruiter three states away.
Roles and responsibilities
- Supervise the ABA program across the center’s Michigan locations.
- Conduct assessments and write the treatment plans that follow from them.
- Supervise and develop RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Coordinate with the physical therapy and speech teams on shared clients.
- Keep clinical documentation to payer and licensing standard.
Qualifications and skills
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Michigan behavior analyst licensure, or eligibility before start date.
- Experience supervising RBTs or junior clinicians.
- Comfortable working alongside other disciplines rather than in isolation.
