Woman-owned · BCBA-led
Your boss is a BCBA. She has carried your caseload.
RightWay ABA is owned and led by a woman who is a BCBA herself — not an investor, not an MBA who bought a clinic. She has written the plans, driven between the homes, and had the month with too many kids on the schedule. That is why the caseload is capped at 10 to 15, why admin handles the billing, and why the PTO is not something you have to argue for.
