Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — New Dawn ABA
Location: St. Louis, MO | Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
About New Dawn ABA
New Dawn ABA is a growing, values-driven ABA therapy company committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care to children and families across the St. Louis area. We believe in building genuine relationships — with our clients, their families, and our team — and we're looking for clinicians who share that same heart for meaningful work.
The Role
As a BCBA at New Dawn ABA, you'll carry a caseload that allows you to do your best clinical work — not just check boxes. You'll serve clients across in-home, school-based, and community settings, with the autonomy to design and drive treatment in a way that reflects both the evidence base and the individual needs of each learner.
What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Design and oversee ABA programs targeting skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional independence
Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs across service settings
Analyze data regularly and adjust programming to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
Partner with families and caregivers to build capacity and support generalization across environments
Complete clinical documentation accurately and in compliance with payer and BACB standards
Collaborate with school teams, community partners, and multidisciplinary providers as needed
Caseload & Schedule
Caseload expectations align with a part-time or full-time schedule — we work with you based on your availability and goals
Full-time BCBAs carry approximately 8–12 active clients with a manageable billable hour expectation that protects time for supervision, documentation, and caregiver training
Schedules are built collaboratively — we don't hand you a rigid template and wish you luck
What We're Looking For
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
2–5 years of experience in ABA, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked across home, school, or community settings
Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor RBT-level staff
Strong written and verbal communication skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and genuine passion for client outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000–$95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours
Health, dental, and vision insurance
PTO and paid holidays
CEU reimbursement to support your ongoing professional development
Supervision support for RBT and BCaBA staff on your caseload
Flexible scheduling — we build around your life, not the other way around
Bonus potential based on performance and outcomes
Why New Dawn ABA?
Autonomy with support. You'll have real clinical ownership of your caseload without being micromanaged — and a leadership team that's accessible when you need guidance.
A team that feels like a team. We're a small, intentional company where your voice matters and your contributions are visible. There's no lost-in-the-shuffle here.
Room to grow. As we continue expanding in Missouri, there are genuine opportunities for BCBAs who want to step into leadership, mentorship, or expanded clinical roles over time.
Families at the center. We aren't just treating behaviors — we're partnering with families to build better lives. That philosophy shapes everything we do clinically and operationally.
New Dawn ABA is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.
